The following booking conditions apply to all trips operated by Adventure Treks Nepal (P). Ltd.
HEALTH: Good health and physical fitness are required on all trips. We recommend a physical examination for all Guests on extended treks.
INSURANCE:
It is a condition of booking a trek with Adventure Treks Nepal (P). Ltd. that Guests must be protected by insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects.
All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for a trek does not exclude alpinism or mountaineering.
Note: Rescue insurance is not available in Nepal.
PAYMENT:
01: We require US$ 25% deposit per person 45 days before the starting date of the trek. Full payments will be due prior before departure group from Kathmandu.
02: For trek that require Domestic flight , Booking (30% deposit for the total cost) should be made 03 months ahead. Booking for normal trek will be confirmed upon receiving 20% deposit of the total cost before 45 days. Full payments will be due prior before departure group from Kathmandu.
03: For Tibet, Bhutan, Sikkim & India Tour: Reservation can be accepted 50% Deposit of the total cost. Full payments will be due prior your arrival in Kathmandu or any arrival places to our Agent after receiving all amount we will send you the invoice.
We offer two methods of payment:
01: Bank
02: Any Money Transfer.
Both method because it is fast, secure and easy.
Note: Final payment should be in cash or Travelers cheque once you arrive in Kathmandu. Please not that we discourage payment by credit card because this incurs an additional service charge that we have not included in the cost of your trek.
